• Gmail access to create drafts and send emails you approve

How we use your data

• To help you draft job application emails
• To send application emails only when you explicitly click send
• To show your sent applications in your history

What we do NOT do

• We do not read your inbox
• We do not send emails automatically
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not store your Gmail content on our servers

Data storage

Your drafts, history, and preferences are stored locally in your browser. We do not maintain a central database of your applications.

Revoking access

You can revoke Hitmail’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.
