Hitmail is a job application assistant that helps users draft and send application emails using their Google account. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

Information We Access

• Your Google account email address and basic profile information
• Permission to create drafts and send emails through Gmail when you explicitly trigger the action

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you securely using Google Sign-In
• To generate job application email drafts
• To send emails only when you explicitly approve and initiate the sending action

We do not access your inbox, read existing emails, monitor Gmail activity, or send emails automatically.

Data Protection & Security

• All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• Authentication tokens are encrypted and stored securely using NextAuth session mechanisms.
• Access to Google user data is limited strictly to what is required to provide the core functionality of Hitmail.
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.
• We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

• We do not store Gmail message content on our servers.
• Access tokens are stored securely only for the duration required to provide the service and are automatically invalidated when expired.
• If you revoke Google access, authentication tokens become unusable.
• You may request deletion of any associated authentication data by contacting support@g-fam.tech.

Upon verified deletion request, any associated stored authentication data will be permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

User Control

You may revoke Hitmail’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Hitmail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
